Should you use any Freight Forwarding company other than DHL/Courier Guy - Galavant Travel will not be held liable for any issues that may arise, such as delays in processing times, lost or damaged documents, etc. Further to this for any Freight Forwarding company other than DHL Galavant Travel WILL NOT assume responsibility for shipping charges,  or customs clearance, and we will RETURN TO SENDER.
